#MyOffcutMakeover Competition: Terms & Conditions

Show us what you’ve created with your offcuts for a chance to win! We love seeing your projects, and we’re excited to offer this prize as a thank you.

Please read the full terms and conditions below before entering.

How to Enter

To enter, you must complete all of the following steps:

  1. Post a photo or video to your public Facebook, Instagram or X account showing a project you have made using an offcut purchased from Hereford Stone.
  2. Tag our official account in your post.

    2. Instagram: @herefordstone.co.uk
    3. X: @HerefordStoneHQ
  3. Use the official competition hashtag, #MyOffcutMakeover in your post’s caption.

Eligibility

This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Marble & Granite Designs Ltd, and their immediate families.

All entries must be a photo or video of a project created using an offcut (or offcuts) purchased directly from Hereford Stone. We may ask for proof of purchase to validate an entry.

The Prize

The prize is one (1) £100 Marks & Spencer (M&S) voucher.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

Competition Dates

  • Opens: 30th October 2025
  • Closes: 11:59 PM (GMT) on 30th November 2025

Entries received after this time will not be valid.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.

The random draw will take place on or before December 5th 2025.

The winner will be notified via direct message on social media or via email within 48 hours of the draw. If a winner does not respond to claim their prize within 7 days of being notified, we reserve the right to select a new winner.

Usage of Your Entry (User-Generated Content)

By entering this competition, you grant Marble & Granite Designs Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reshare, and display your photo/video entry on our social media channels, our website (herefordstone.co.uk), and in our other marketing materials (such as email newsletters and social media posts).

We will always make a reasonable effort to credit you as the creator by tagging your social media handle or stating your name.

General Conditions

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, or Marks & Spencer.
